Information is stored securely in:
- Customer data is stored in a SQL server database in a Microsoft cloud service
Some data may be stored on servers located in Canada or outside of Canada, depending on our providers. All storage and transfers comply with Quebec and Canadian privacy regulations.
We retain:
- Client data as long as needed to manage the financing relationship and offer refinancing
- Non-client data is removed from our SNAP Credit 2 within a reasonable time
You may request deletion or anonymization of your data at any time.
